Embroidered Dress

Happy almost Hump-Day y'all! I'm loving this look I'm bringing to y'all on today's post. It's kind of a romantic - casual chic look with soft neutral colors and subtle pops of color. Anyways, I'm obsessed.

This dress is a linen blend and is seriously so comfortable. I got it from a local boutique, Jonah Brown. They ship all across the U.S., so you can purchase items via Facebook or their website. Sadly, this dress is out of stock, so I linked some similar romantic, soft-toned dresses here and here. All of the dresses I've linked are versatile and can be dressed either up or down. I chose to dress it down with a pair of gladiator sandals I purchased a few months ago from Nordstrom Rack (I linked a couple of similar and equally affordable options here and here) and a soft nude crossbody. This one is similar and on sale! I purchased it a couple of weeks ago in a faint blue color and I love all the separate compartments.

To add a subtle touch of color while maintaining the romantic - casual chic look I was aiming for, I chose lavender and light blue luxe and boho collection bracelets from Candles & Confetti and gold custom cuffs from The Silver Loft. Because the dress has triangle-like embroidering I thought it would be cute to tie into that with double-sided triangle earrings from Stella & Dot and triangle druzy studs from Lemon Sweet Jewelry. I layered an agate slice pendant necklace from Lemon Sweet Jewelry with this Kendra Scott necklace that was in my last Rocksbox set.

If you haven't heard of Rockbox, it's a jewelry subscription where you get three pieces of jewelry selected especially for you based on a style questionnaire that you complete at sign up and your wishlist. Once you get your box you can trade any or all of the pieces for new ones at any time. If you receive a piece of jewelry that you just have to have you have the option of purchasing it at a discounted price.  If you are interested in trying it out (personally, I'm hooked) you can use the code "kentuckycharmxoxo" to get your first month of Rocksbox free! After the first month it's $19 ($10 of that goes towards a "shine spend" that you can put towards purchasing any of the pieces that you received that month) and you can cancel at any time. You can check out my latest Rocksbox set here. Don't judge me, but I loved all of the pieces so much that I purchased them all!

Thanks for reading! Don't forget to subscribe (top right corner) so you don't miss out on any posts!
